Established in 1991 as Greater Waterbury Primary Care Partners, our practice changed its name in 2009 to Primary Care Partners PC and became an affiliate of Saint Mary’s Health System. We are proud of our new name and our new affiliation with Saint Mary’s, which has been providing high quality care in our community for more than 100 years. What hasn’t changed is the great care we have always provided to our patients in Greater Waterbury. We are a community-based internal medicine practice with a staff of 7 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner who are dedicated to delivering quality primary care services for adolescents through adults. We have the experience and expertise to address your unique healthcare needs, as well as access to the diverse array of programs and services available through Saint Mary’s Health System. Together, we make a winning team, and your health is our primary concern.
